Green tea adds a subtle flavor to your dishes. Incorporating green tea in your cooking is an easy method. You can just grab some tea bags and throw them into water while steaming vegetables. Also you can use green tea as a spice while stir-frying. To do this, add dry green tea leaves to the heated oil while frying. Cooking rice with green tea makes a lovely dish. Green tea also makes wonderful desserts. Teas that are flavored with lemon, fruit, jasmine or rose can be used in cakes, cookies, ice cream, pudding, smoothies and shakes.

Green Tea Chicken Stalk

Ingredients:

1 cup freshly brewed green tea.
2-tablespoon canola oil.
2 tablespoons of ginger root chunks.
1-teaspoon white pepper.
5 cloves minced garlic.
5 green onions.
6 cups canned chicken broth.
3 cups kernel corn.
1-cup chicken

How to cook:
Heat a pan over medium heat and coat it with oil. Add ginger, garlic and green onions and fry for 1 minute. Add chicken to it and cook for 2-3 minutes until it turns brown.

Add the chicken mixture, chicken broth and corn to the tea. Cook and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer and cover it for 40 minutes. Season it with white pepper. Strain the liquid through a container and press out as much liquid as you can. Cool it and pour the stalk into a container. Keep it in a refrigerator to freeze. You can use this great tasting green tea chicken stalk in any other recipes.
